This Spring, we’re able to offer a number of options in which you can receive your compost including bagged pickup, bulk pickup, and delivery. All of these options are available to you on your portal starting February 1, 2023 and will only be available to order until February 24, 2023. We send reminders via email so you can make sure you receive your compost this Spring!

It’s time to get your hands on some black gold! Whether you’re a new customer or long-time subscriber, we’re here to guide you through ordering your complimentary compost.
Opt-In to Receive Complimentary Compost
First and foremost, log in to our Customer Portal by clicking the My Account button on our website. Once logged in, you will see your dashboard where you can access your account information, our shop, frequently asked questions, and more!
It’s important to make sure that you have opted in to receive complimentary compost in order for the list of options to appear in the Shop.
Hover over “Account & Billing” and click “Update Account Details” where you will be instructed to select an option from a drop down menu that asks, “Would you like to receive your complimentary finished compost?”. Make sure that “Yes, I want compost” is selected then click “submit”.
Now it’s time to place your order!
Place your Order
When you visit our Shop, you will find a variety of items for purchase including cool merch, bin liners, extra pickup requests, and a variety of options to get your complimentary compost!
Add your selection to your cart and click “checkout”.
At checkout, you will need to make sure a payment method is selected. Don’t worry, we won’t charge you for any products marked at $0.00. Though, our system requires a valid payment method in order to complete an order, even if it’s free.
Click “Submit Order” and you’re done!
Pick-Up Event Option
When you choose any of the pick-up event options, be sure to select the timeframe in which you’d like to pick up. This will reduce wait times.
We will reach out to you via email with detailed instructions for your picking up date! If you have any questions or would like to confirm your order, reach out to us at compost@compostcrew.com.
Delivery Option
If you choose the delivery option, your complimentary compost should be received during the month of March or April.
